USD 1,000 (one thousand US Dollars).
Argentine Pesos ($) per each USD 1 (one US Dollar) to 3 decimal places.
All twelve months of the year. Weekly positions may be authorized provided that there is a period of no less than 7 consecutive days between the expiration day of a monthly position and the expiration day of a weekly position.
Expiration and last trading day
CFD contracts do not expire. Open positions are transferred to the following day by the procedure set out in point 1.4.
Minimum price fluctuation
$0.001 per each USD 1 (one US Dollar).
Maximum price fluctuation
Established in the scenarios used to calculate guarantees. This maximum fluctuation shall not be applied when the respective contract has not been traded the previous day. In the event that this maximum fluctuation is reached, trading may be suspended and, if it is necessary, additional margins may be required.
Calculated by the scenarios system determined by the Clearinghouse.
Determined by the Exchange’s Board of Directors through a Communication.
Any other aspect that is not specifically covered by these provisions shall be determined in accordance with the Internal Rulebook and Bylaws of the Mercado a Término de Rosario S.A. and the resolutions that the Exchange’s Authorities may adopt, by virtue of the regulatory, statutory and legal powers in force.
If the Management, any Director or the Contract Committee estimates that the calculation of the spot price or the daily settlement rates may be affected by acts or resolutions of the government, the supervisory authority or other Organizations or by extraordinary force majeure events, a special meeting of the Contract Committee or the Board of Directors shall be summoned to set out the emergency conditions. If the Contract Committee or the Board of Directors determines that an emergency exists, it shall take all the resolutions it deemed appropriate and its decision shall be effective, final and definitive with respect to all parties concerned in the contract.
